The Rubber Padded Jaw or sometimes referred to as a Soft Catch is designed to reduce the injuries to the animals foot or pad. The Rubber Padded Jaw traps work well where there might be pets roaming around. This way if a non target animal is caught they can be release with little or no foot or pad damage. Some states require a Rubber Padded Jaw.
