Shipping policy

Pet & Farm ships most items via Australia Post. Shipping on the majority of products is weight-based and is automatically calculated at checkout (our website receives live shipping quotes direct from Australia Post). You can choose between regular or express post. We also have loads of products that ship for FREE.

Some bulky products require a non Po Box address for delivery we will contact you after if we need to update shipping address.

Orders are shipped within 24 -48 hours from purchase. We are capable of delivering to all Australian Locations. You will receive tracking number with your order. If you wish to get a better estimation of when you parcel might arrive, you can use the Australia Post Domestic Delivery Time Page.

Couriers are used for larger parcels & 20L drums of chemicals/drench please notify us if Couriers do not service your area.
