Position the Multi-Catch Mouse Trap in areas where mice are likely to travel as they move from hiding places to feeding sites, in particular by doorways and building entrances. Both entry ports of the trap should be adjacent to a wall or runaway, ensuring that mice can enter from either end of the unit. For best results concentrate raps in areas where gnawed openings or mouse droppings are evident. Block holes and passageways to force mice into the area where traps are sited. In areas of severe infestation, place the Multi-Catch Mouse Trap at 2 - 3metre intervals. To monitor a site, or prevent repeat infestations, place traps at 7 - 14metre intervals.
So effective and easy to use. Great product. We were using 4 simultaneously in the height of the plague and would catch up to 17 in each trap a day in and around our home.
We live in Central Western NSW. At the peak of the mouse plague we were dealing with hundreds of mice a night. Caught up to 30 mice in each trap, night after night. Eventually got mice under control in our roof and around the house. No dangerous baits laying around, no poisoned mice emerging from the house seeking water, so pets and native animals were kept safe. No need to reset lots of individual mouse traps, and could humanely dispose of the trapped mice. And reasonably priced too.
